Kate Hall brings nearly 15 years of regulatory, communications and coaching experience to the Synergy team. After spending over a decade working in Washington, DC on domestic and international agriculture policy, she transitioned to investment advisor compliance, recently serving as Compliance Director for a privately-owned RIA.

Kate is passionate about coaching and fitness. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Performance Specialist and rowing coach. She will graduate in December 2024 with a BS in Exercise Science, adding to her MA in Politics from the University of Exeter, UK, and BA in English Literature and Asian Studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. When not working on compliance or studying for exams, Kate also loves to read, draw, paint and enjoy the outdoors.
