Eric possesses deep experience in RIA operations and compliance having served twelve years as COO and CCO with Resnick Advisors in Westport, CT. Eric arrived at Resnick in 2007 during its emerging partnership with Focus Financial Partners and was recruited for his entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise in transforming ideas into action. During his tenure, Eric rebuilt, grew, and scaled Resnick’s operations and compliance programs. He also served on the Charles Schwab Advisory Board from 2014 through 2016.

From 2000 through 2006, Eric held positions as Program Director and Project Manager at TIAA. As Program Director while TIAA broke ground in the 529 industry, Eric led the implementation and management of multiple Section 529 Tuition Savings programs. Prior to this, he was recruited as one of six original Project Managers of TIAA’s newly formed Project Management Office.

Eric holds an MS in Organizational Behavior from Polytechnic University in New York City and a BS in Mathematics from Manhattan College.
