David is an accomplished strategy development and program management professional with extensive expertise in Digital Transformation and Agile Leadership. He specializes in leading high-value strategic technology programs and building scalable solution delivery frameworks. In his career he has held senior level roles with leading global organizations such as EPAM Systems, KPMG, Infosys, and Amplifi Commerce.

Most recently, David served as Director of Program Management at EPAM Systems, where he led digital commerce, data analytics, and service management solution implementation initiatives. 

David holds an MBA from Pace University and Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University and North Carolina A&T State University, respectively. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
